The 13th Street Brownstone project encompasses a full remodel and decoration of the 2nd and 3rd floors of this home, including a large office/lounge, 2 full baths, common areas, and master bedroom.  We took the opportunity to truly refresh the spaces with all new fixtures and finishes, millwork and molding profiles, refinishing the floors and adding a gas fireplace in the office. 

Every choice in the renovation was made to maximize the function and flow of the home.  That intention carries over seamlessly in the furnishings and decor, where we contrasting tailored modernity with sleek curves and cozy textures. A curated mix of original artworks, photography and art prints puts a finishing polish on these spaces.
