Our Process

We begin developing design concepts that focus on optimizing the use of your space and enhancing the flow and usability of your home. Floorplans and perspective views help you visualize the layout of your new space. An itemized budget with ‘guestimate’ pricing helps give a clear picture of where the costs come from. A color story and “mood” developed from our Design Review help focus further design development.

Once approved, we manage procurement and storage of all Design materials until they are ready for install. At this stage we problem solve for any new stock status changes that may impact timeline, and any damages that occur in transit.

Once materials are ready, we coordinate with contractors and tradespeople to ensure they are on site in a timely manner and advise on any design questions relating to install. When the site is ready and clean we oversee the final step- white-glove furnishings and decor install.
